Every stylist in our salon is required to participate in the assitant program, as it provides us the ability to ensure each guest is met with the same consistency in service regardless of whose chair they are in.

The purpose of our assistant program is to provide students out of beauty school with the opportunity to refresh and practice the knowledge of their craft and introduce the concept of salon reality. Also referred to as the "express program," due to its short 3-4 month duration, assistants are able to continue their education more in depth, while still receiving behind the chair experience in our salon. Our unique program, also focuses on business coaching, goal setting, and the importance of quality guest services and relationship building. Our ultimate goal is to provide a space where we can help stylists expand their expertise to feel confident behind the chair.
